Dr. Sangiv I. Patel is an experienced general dentist providing a full range of general, surgical, periodontal, endodontic, implant, cosmetic, and restorative dental care.
He has been dedicated to improving the health, aesthetic quality, and functionality of his patients' lives throughout his longstanding career. With 30 years of clinical experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. Patel has set himself apart from his colleagues with his devotion to exploring state-of-the-art technology to further enhance the experience and effectiveness of each patient's dental visit.
Along with his skilled team, he has been serving the greater Melbourne, FL area at his self-titled dental practice, Sangiv I. Patel, D.D.S., PA. since 1995. Dr. Patel focuses on an abundance of innovative, evidenced based, predictable dental solutions designed to create longevity. This includes the beauty of a healthy smile and functional stability of the teeth, gums, TMJ's and the muscles that support and provide function to a healthy mouth.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator, I try bring a welcoming presence and strong organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience from the moment patients walk in. With 20 years of experience in dental administration, I specialize in patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and maintaining seamless communication between patients and the clinical team.
My background in customer service and dental administration allows me to handle high-volume tasks with professionalism, accuracy, and compassion. I pride myself on creating a friendly, comfortable environment while helping patients navigate their treatment plans and financial options.
In my off time I love to spend time with my children and family. I love to travel and hike. Cooking is also a passion of mine.

Lead Dental Assistant
Making a difference in patient's lives is what I envision for dentistry. I am very passionate about educating patients about oral care and conditions. I love helping them have positive dental experiences and helping them improve their dental health.
In 2007, I completed the EFSC Dental Assisting Program. I have enjoyed taking continuing education courses in CEREC crown milling technology, temporal mandibular joint testing such as BioPak, and occlusal analysis testing (T-Scan). The Smile Gallery offers state-of-the-art technology which provides accuracy, predictability, and longevity for our patient's treatment.
Since 2007, I have been working alongside Dr. Patel and have had the opportunity to see our patient's journey and beautiful smiles. It is so rewarding to see the impact The Smile Gallery has made in their lives.
In my personal time, I enjoy boating and fishing with my husband and daughter. I love traveling and discovering interesting places to eat or unique adventures to experience. What I value most is simply spending time with my family at home.
